Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti of your choice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3.5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 cups packed baby spinach
  • pinches of Salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. cook pasta according to directions on the packaging, set aside.
  2. in a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the crushed garlic and cook for around 2 minutes.
  4. Add in the pasta and spinach.
  5. cook and mix gently until spinach leaves are wilted.
  6. If the pasta begins to dry out, add in some of the reserved pasta water. (about 1/2 cup)
  7. combine in atleast 1/2 of the total amount of Parmesan cheese with the pasta.
  8. Season with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
  9. Pour pasta into a large bowl. throw in additional Parmesan cheese and serve immediately and enjoy.
