Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
This delicious chocolate cheesecake recipe is all you need to impress anyone and everyone around you as it’s absolutely delicious and people are definitely
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chocolate Wafer (made into crumbs)
- 3 tablespoons Margarine
- 24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Large Eggs
- Just under 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 cup chocolate Chips
Instructions
Melt the margarine in a medium-sized mixing bowl and combine the wafer crumbs
Press onto bottom of 9-inch circular pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for around 10-15 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and flour together in a separate medium-sized mixing bowl until well blended. (can do it by hand or an electric mixer)
Add eggs, one by one, whisking the mixture well after each addition.
Throw in the sour cream and vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips and pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for around an hour
Loosen cake from rim of the pan when taken out of the oven; cool before removing rim of pan and Chill.
