Healthy Cheese with Bacon Pasta Dish

Which cheese is healthy? you may ask, as there are many different types of cheese available to us all. but most cheeses are healthy for you to consume.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 6 bacon slices
  • 1 package baby spinach
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes,
  • 1/4 cup fresh cheese, finely grated (romano/ any other preferred cheese that can be melted and tastes good with pasta)
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Cook the penne according to the directions on the package.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the bacon pieces and cook for around 5 minutes until it is well cooked (crisp).

Remove bacon from pan and shred it into small pieces, set aside.

Add tomatoes and salt in the pan, cooking for around 3 minutes till tomatoes are tender, stirring regularly.

Add the spinach and pasta to the pan, cook 1 minute stirring occasionally.

combine pasta with bacon, pepper, and cheese and enjoy.
