5 Minute Italian Pasta Salad with a Twist of Fruitiness

Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 3 ounces small fresh mozzarella cheese balls, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups dried bow-tie pasta
- ΒΌ cup salad dressing of your choice, we have a few on our site. (either bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Open and boil pasta according to the directions on the packaging.
- Drain the pasta and rinse it with some cold refreshing water and follow this by draining the pasta again.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine pasta, strawberries, cheese, and basil, then gently toss it so that it's mixed properly.
- Add the salad dressing then toss again.
Notes
When done cooking the pasta, I recommend when straining the pasta, to rinse it with some cold water, this helps the pasta not become sticky.
