Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 graham crackers
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
Line the bottom of a 10x15 inch rectangular pan with graham crackers.
melt the butter in the microwave until completely melted! ( about 45 seconds)
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine together the butter, confectioners' sugar as well as the peanut butter until smooth.
Spread over the graham crackers, and chill until firm. (about 15 minutes)
Melt chocolate chips in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave oven, stirring regularly.
Spread over the layer of the chilled peanut butter mixture.
Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares.
These keep well placed between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container in the fridge.
