Ingredients
- 1.5 cup butter (can be substituted with margarine)
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Melt 1 cup of the butter over low heat.
Remove from the heat and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir in confectioners' sugar, peanut butter as well as the graham cracker crumbs.
Spread mixture in a rectangular pan and Pat down evenly.
To Make Topping: Melt together 1/2 cup butter with the chocolate chips.
Spread this mixture over the peanut butter mixture.
then, Refrigerate for 30 minutes and cut into squares and serve.
