Cook Time: 51 minutes
Additional Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker (made into Crumbs)
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Margarine, Melted
  • 24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling (21 oz)

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a medium-sized bowl in a microwave and mix in the Crumbs
  2. Press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F. For around 12 minutes.
  4. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until smooth and blended.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition.
  6. Blend in vanilla essence then precede to pour over crust.
  7. Bake at 450 degrees F. For around 12 minutes.
  8. Lessen temperature in the oven to around 250 degrees F. And bake for around 27 minutes or until set.
  9. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  10. Chill. Top with pie filling just before serving.
