Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rolled or Old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 Peanut Butter
  • 3 ripened Banana
  • and if you want some thing extra then add in around 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. If using chocolate chips, stir them in with a larger spoon.
  5. dampen your hands and form 8 balls with the cookies.
  6. Place each ball on the mat, and work each ball into a round, flat cookie shape.
  7. Bake for just over 10 minutes, until lightly golden on the edges.
  8. remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
