Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rolled or Old fashioned oats
- 1/2 Peanut Butter
- 3 ripened Banana
- and if you want some thing extra then add in around 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- If using chocolate chips, stir them in with a larger spoon.
- dampen your hands and form 8 balls with the cookies.
- Place each ball on the mat, and work each ball into a round, flat cookie shape.
- Bake for just over 10 minutes, until lightly golden on the edges.
- remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
